Community Tasting Notes 1

  • Tony Poli Likes this wine:

March 22, 2019 - Theme was unclassified Bordeaux, blind. This was one of three wines from the Castillon Cotes de Bordeaux on the table, and likely the first three wines that I can remember having from what got to be termed the “alt-right” bank at the tasting, or the easternmost part of Bordeaux. Rosalie caught a bit of unpleasant bitterness on the finish, termed it “odd.” Balance was a bit off, as well. But quite drinkable, overall.
