October 13, 2012 - Gotta have (dark) chocolate with it. Strong. Has a slight sweetness. Some strange or off flavors noticeable when tasted on its own.

July 25, 2012 - Tasted at the winery. This is a 16.8% ABV wine, from late harvest Chambourcin grapes. Dark color. Full body. Strong, with a slight sweetness. This wine should not be consumed without chocolate to accompany it. Bought a bottle.
