October 15, 2016 - Uncertain opinion on this wine/vintage. This one was probably a year past it's peak but part of that was improper storage. I only recently came into procession of it & have know idea where it was kept before but know it wasn't well cared for. Could tell there was once an abundance of flavor as a lot still lingered but some of the bold dark fruit had clearly faded & its profile had faded.

January 21, 2015 - P&P. This is a new world style wine with a lot of fruit, particularly on the nose. The pallet offers more of the same, but the savory component and black spice finish bring it up a notch. Drank well for several days with vacuum seal.
