The nose is rich, it has a kind of sunny bitterness, and doesn't have the same acidity as the 2009, so it appears heavier, even slightly clumsy. (A year ago, I see to have viewed it differently.) Still, an excellent companion to a fish with a variety of vegetables.

February 24, 2022 - App: bright straw yellow
Aroma: green apples, lemon, peach, flowers, minerals.
Full-bodied with excellent and balanced acidity. Slightly oily texture.
Excellent length with a hint of bitterness in the finish.
Drinking perfect now! -
