April 1, 2019 - Standalone in hotelroom Amelia Island. Really good wine. Should have food but on its own pretty good. Great color, plenty of fruit and length. I would say drink up but it also would be great if you can wait until 2022. Just very good. I need to start on the 12 and 13. These guys are making great wine!
September 29, 2018 - W salmon coated in a maple / soy sauce. Very good combo! Great restrained wine. Super fruit length, body. Just great. Drank only somewhat chilled and that brought on very good flavors. Yummy
October 20, 2016 - Towards the end of its life but still impressive. Apple, melon, subtle spice and mild oak. Rich and balanced overall.
June 10, 2016 - Very good. Balanced and showing good fruit. Apples, Carmel and spices.
May 31, 2016 - Pinot Noir (Edina Country Club): Pop and pour, drank a glass over 45 minutes. Nice minerality. Quite buttery, he malo is evident. Well-balanced.
May 30, 2016 - nice, but had a strange but subtle saltiness/saltwater taste to it.
May 29, 2016 - Domestic Pinot Noir (Edina, MN): Medium-dark gold color. Drank 1 glass over an hour. Nose has golden fruits, apple, pineapple, nectarine, pleasant wood spices. The palate is rich, oak, good texture, lemon, pineapple, apple, wood spice, medium finish. Very good, not over the top.
May 29, 2016 - Edina Country Club Domestic Pinots: Deep golden. Tropical aromas of papaya and pineapple. Decidedly new world, rich, viscous with stone fruits. Nice.
February 24, 2016 - My last bottle of this beauty, The Darlin' of Mount Harlan. Stellar Central Coast Chardonnay, right to the very last sip.
September 21, 2015 - The Darlin' of Mount Harlan dazzles again. Thrilling richness in every detail.
