January 4, 2024 - My third time with this wine and consistently great. See previous TN which holds. The last sip was the best here (bottle savoured over 3 hours no decant).

June 13, 2022 - PYCM Batard doesn't disappoint and 2011 is a great rendition of this wine. Typical reduction but not overly so, packs a mega mid palate punch, some tautness too, vanilla from the lovely oak and has immense precision. A truly great white Burg that is superb now and for the next 20 years. Was the preferred wine over an also very good Leflaive Batard 15 side by side at the table.

January 28, 2022 - BIG BOY STRUTTIN - wine is massive - There's something about the weight on PYCM's batards. Just full on ride to flavor town on the mid palate of expansive citrus fruit and spice. Guy Fieri be crashing all over and knocking everything around. Then it's backed up by a strong line of clear acidity that really tries to keep all that material in place. Nose is classic PYCM flint, chalk and a bit of toast. Woo! drinking tasty now but you can definitely hold onto it for awhile as it's still got the stuffing to go.

January 9, 2022 - beautiful wine. reductive nose, crisp acidity. plenty of chiseled lemon, minerality. medium bodied with nice lingering finish.

December 1, 2018 - Telltale PYCM reduction preludes a nose of apple, mint, and chalk. Soaring acidity on the palate gives nice lift to the elegantly textured, medium weight flavors of apple and stone. While appealing today this really won't show all it has to offer for another five to ten years.
