May 20, 2007 - Very pale, watery lemon colour. Aromas of pineapple with a lemon-sherbet acidity. Clean and crisp. The taste is delicious - plenty of fruit, with a nice balancing acidity. A lot of flavours I would associate with sauvignon blanc, rather than a riesling - tropical fruit, apricot, peach and some red berries. Vivacious and refreshing, a very nice wine indeed.
