Community Tasting Notes 3

November 23, 2014 - Five years ago this was tight and devoid of any charm. Now it's fully mature, with a whiff of the forecourt and dried apricots on the nose. Plenty of acidity still, but there is a fullness in the latter part of the tasting curve and into the aftertaste I had not thought possible for this vintage.

August 13, 2014 - I bought four of this back in `06, and the first two were a disappointment, lacking i fruit, watery and feeling dead. That has come to an end. There is a deep sense of mature, yellow fruit in it, combined with hints of glue, bright wood and grass. It's balanced and with a lasting aftertaste.
This 30-$ wine is in it's prime.
