March 10, 2024 - I actually had two bottles left luckily. The first one was destroyed by volatile acidity. Acetone on the nose, and on one sip. Had to pour down the drain
The second bottle was All good. Heavy black olives, smell upon opening, but that blew off And the fruit started to come out. Wish we had time to decant as it was really beginning to show nicely by our last sips. -

October 6, 2021 - Big dark red wine (14.3%). Black cherry, cassis fruit with a hint of earthiness. Paired extremely well with BBQ. What a pleasure.
