February 2, 2016 - Pineapple and bubblegum notes and a little background mold( damp basement). Low acid. Worked fairly well with salmon teriyaki. Probably look elsewhere for better example.

September 14, 2015 - Deep clear golden color. A rich & off dry take on Pinot Gris. The residual sugar offsets the acid which is on the low side to begin with, so this is definitely a fruit forward wine. Full bodied & opulent, this shows layers of rich, ripe fruit.

This is powerful & tasty, and doesn't show much finesse or delicacy. That said, I don't believe it sets out to do so. It worked very well with some salmon & risotto. It was also a very good "cocktail" style wine.

September 7, 2015 - Rock solid pure and refreshing. Surprisingly complex. Drink now.

August 13, 2015 - Medium(-) lemon, viscous medium @13.5% abv. Medium aromas of lemon zest, stone fruits and mango. Medium dry, medium(+)-high acidity, medium(+) alcohol and medium body. Medium flavors of lemon, mangosteen, lychee, yellow plum, and white pepper. Viscous, almost syrupy texture, good balance between alcohol-acidity-fruit flavors. Good length with focussed sweet-spicy finish. Excellent with asian food.
