Community Tasting Notes 1

May 8, 2014 - Popped and poured. Synthetic cork (corklike in a weird way). Pale red color, could be mistaken for a very light pinot noir. Pleasant strawberry melon aroma. Slightly sweet red fruit flavors with mineral traces. Rich strawberry finish.

Some sweetness, as noted, but with enough acidity to support it. Has a bit more heft than your typical summer rose, which worked well on this rainy and slightly cold spring evening. I would definitely buy this again.
