  December 29, 2012 - While Carneros wines tend to be on the lighter side, this may have taken the 12 years to reach maturity. Drank nicely near the end of 2012. Quite a nice old wine for the price.

  June 27, 2010 - This bottle after a little airing was very good. Lots of berry, plum and chocolate and very pleasant on the palate. Wish I had another bottle.

  March 22, 2008 - I bought this bottle for wine for $7 and change as a supermarket was closing last year. I did not have high hopes but the wine withstood the time and was of a decent quality. There were softer complex flavors that still had depth and legs enough to inpress, and the age had allowed the tannins to improve the overall wine flavors. I would not have felt bad paying three times as much for this wine.

  December 18, 2007 - Good during the fist 30 minutes with currant and berry notes. Medium bodied but doesn''t hold up on the finish.
