September 9, 2012 - Very good Langhe Chard. No oak, which is what I was looking for. Very clean, crisp; very nice nose of lemon and melon nose. The palate was a little hot - too much alcohol overwhelmed the fruit and not enough minerality. Maybe as time goes on for these vines this will produce a better wine.
