August 30, 2022 - A lovely mature Bdx. I know this is meant to be an everyday drinker with a short window but it continues to confound. Mature aromatics, fleshy and balanced mouthfeel with plenty of verge and energy left. A thoroughly enjoyable left-banker punching way above its price tag. In no way feeling tired and can happily run 5+ years.

June 30, 2022 - Dark colored and immediately attractive upon opening. On the nose secondary aromas and impressions of tea leafs, blood and iron. Very smooth taste with well developed tannins. Medium body and a relatively short finish but as a whole a decent wine, particularly for the price paid (8 euros). Only downside for me would be the high alcohol level of 14 degrees. Beats many more contenders in its price range.

    May 22, 2020 - Deep oxblood red
N: M intensity, sour cherry, mocha, chocolate, dried fruits, smoke, caramel, iron and a little clay
P: Pronounced intensity, H alcohol, M fine tannins, M acid, m finish and full body. Dried fruits, plums, blackcurrant leaf, spices, leather, chocolate.
Delicious and intense! You can really tell that it has some bottle age and is now nicely balanced with acid and tannin, primary flavours have faded and it's now at its best.

    Even better on day 2.

    May 5, 2020 - Drinking beautifully.
Medium-full bodied. Fruity. Ripe. Red and black fruit. Not very complex though.
At this price point what more can you get in Bordeaux? Excellent for the price. At its best now. Drink up in the next year.
