  January 14, 2016 - Color amarillo pálido con ligeras irisaciones doradas, bien brillante y gruesa lágrima lenta. Inicialmente se muestra algo apagado pero tras oxigenarse unos 15-20 minutos se percibe una fresca y buena intensidad en nariz con aromas de fruta cítrica (limón y pomelos) y fruta de hueso (albaricoques y melocotones maduros), notas de hierbas aromáticas algo secas, suaves notas ahumadas, ligeros especiados (pimienta blanca); cuando el vino se va oxigenando más surgen suaves notas de miel, suave fondo de paja fresca y de piedra húmeda. Buena y fresca entrada en boca, agradable recorrido algo cremoso con una fruta blanca madura y toques cítricos refrescantes, buena acidez, fina textura, intenso y muy refrescante, buena persistencia. Final medio-largo, postgusto cítrico y retronasal ligeramente mineral.

  February 15, 2014 - Darker gold in color than I was expecting from an Albarino, with just a hint of green to it, and a fair amount of vicosity. The nose is relatively light, with light pineapple and honey, and traces of slate. On the palate, the light honey and pineapple continue, but the finish has a fair amount of edginess to it. The wine is better with a creamy cheese to mitigate the edge, although the wine seems to be fairly well made. It is a solid wine, but I'm not just not seeing the $27 price point.
