  October 12, 2013 - By the glass so not sure how long it was opened. Did not feel in anyway badly oxidised.
  Quite s a fwd, exotic nose. Sweet exotic fruits, lychee, honey feel. On the Palate it starts off quite nicely, relatively refreshing, on the off dry/med sweet side but finishes with a difficult bitter edge that sorts of makes it difficult to enjoy. We felt this was a rightly chosen wine by Hutong on the Chard to be served by the glass vs Chinese food and now that we actually see the label it was probably made for it. 83-85 from us and drink now.

  February 4, 2013 - Acceptable quality Alsace with light lemon color, the wine has a fairly light and youthful nose showing honeysuckle, lemon, lychee, peach and honey, and ginger. On the palate, it has a rather low acidity, with medium body and not having much intensity, showing flavors of lemon, peach, lychee and ginger, with a reasonable finish. Overall a simple, refreshing wine which got nothing outstanding, ready to drink now and not intend for further ageing.
