  December 14, 2012 - Dark color with good fruit tones. Not too complex but with enough body to be enjoyable. Medium finish good with steak and heavy meats.

  October 10, 2012 - Deep inviting complex nose with hints of leather. Silky and complex in the mouth. Deep color. Flavors of dark berries and a bit of earth. Light tannins and good balance.

  September 16, 2012 - Very berry on the nose with a hint of vanilla and some leather. Fruit forward in the mouth and best a bit cool--about 65 degrees. Nice feel in and good tastes of red and dark berries, but almost no tannins. Ready to drink now. I can imagine a nice steak sitting in front of me with this wine. Awesome price point.
