June 25, 2022 - Drinking perfectly. Notes of pear, apple, a touch of spicy orange, slate, minerality and very good acidity. We mostly had this without food: would have been even better with a pairing.

    Drink now or hold.

In the mouth it is long, acid and very thin. I still do not find the elegance in these wines. My fault. Once again, I’m sorry. Including a blood pressure lowering.

Gasóleo en nariz con matices de fruta blanca. En boca es largo, ácido y muy delgado. Sigo sin encontrar la elegancia a estos vinos. Culpa mía. Una vez más, lo siento. Incluyendo una bajada de tensión.

June 23, 2020 - Absolutely beautifully balanced with fruit mineral and a touch of petrol. Mostly lime and citrus initially, great length. Loved this.

June 6, 2020 - An Outdoor Clam Bake: Coravin pour of wine with the lemon tarts (which were great). The wine drank great on its own, as always. With the lemon tart it was harmonious -- with lemon and lime notes in both -- but just a touch too dry for the dessert. (I had forgotten to bring a dessert wine).

    Always a great choice.

    Drink now or hold.

May 26, 2020 - Late afternoon sips outside. Left the balance for our friends for dinner.
