January 19, 2019 - 50/50 Syrah/Grenache. After 9 years, still has a jammy fruit profile of black raspberries and blueberries. Wonderful mid-palate of baking spice, bacon fat, earth, black tea, and white pepper. Nice acidity and balance right now, the tannins have softened with a long finish.
