November 7, 2016 - It is a huge, super ripe Charddonay. At 5 years old, very excotic strong Spearmint bouqet as top note followed by very floral jasmine based base note, honey, tangerine and white peaches are some of the mid palate notes that flow from this textured Chardonnay. Hot, smoky, creamy finish.

May 7, 2014 - Altın sarısı renkte, mat, hafifçe bulanık. Çok olgun armut, hafifçe okside kokular. Damakta orta üst gövdeli, dolgun, meyvemsi, hafifçe tereyağı aromları ve iyi bir asiditesi var. Fıçı kullanımı başarılı, bitim orta.

January 25, 2013 - Chamlija Chardonnay Istranca was voted as the best Turkish Chardonnay in the category of Chardonnay wines by the Association of Wine Lovers in "IV. Şavkay Tugrul Turkey's Best Young Wines Competition " in 2013. This is a great achievement since this is a very first vintage for this wine. The wine is also silver medalist in Chardonnay du Monde 2013 Wine Competition. Recently, the wine won another Silver medal in International Wine Challange 2013 in London.

Pale yellow. Knockout perfume of ripe apricot, nectarin, white flowers, almond paste, vanilla, dusty chalk and buttery sweet brioche. Highly concentrated, silky and fine-grained, with the strong nose notes repeating on the palate. Really wonderful ripeness without any excesses here and excellent balance. Minerally, chalky and dusty sweet finish. Quite long.

October 29, 2012 - Pale yellow.Aromas of peach, apple, spices and crushed stone, with a hint of noble reduction.. Extraordinarily dense and tactile on the palate, with uncanny clarity and energy to the flavors of white peach, lemon, wet stone, flint, acacia flower and a leesy nuance. A great stony expression, with great thrust and persistence and an almost weightless impression. Finishes saline and powerful, with a sweet flavor of brioche as well as a note of grapefruit pith that tickles the taste buds. Lots of aging potential here. This was bottled recently and will almost certainly shut down in the bottle for a sometime.
