Nose:
Effervescent lemon zest with a bit of toast
Pallet:
Lemon zest with a bit of lemon juice, toast, metallic, slight minerality from the secondary fermentation, acidic
Finish:
Metallic, lemon zest, maybe a hint of toast, the suggestion of sweetness
Good for a party where people don't care too much about the taste aside from "it tastes nice", or an easy sipper under great conversation.
Not bad by any means, but not good either. -

July 21, 2023 - Color is bright straw. Small bubbles, with only a couple of streams.
On the nose, it's apple and toast with some almond and a little yeast.
On the palate, a bit of lemon, with yeast and biscuit. Light and airy/dry, high acidity, and some tartness. A lovely cava for the price. -

March 1, 2023 - Lightly effervescent, with apple and peach favors and a pleasantly yeasty aroma. Fine bubbles yield an enjoyable mouthfeel. Tasty and a good value, too.

December 30, 2022 - I can see some people would like this it’s the citrus bomb that people seem to like. But this isn’t my cup of tea nothing on the nose. Taste is very acidic, lemon, lime with a touch of green apple. I will keep looking for a Cava I like.
