Community Tasting Notes 1

December 29, 2012 - Golden straw color. Beautiful texture with a waxy broadness across the palate. Brilliant balance, honeysuckle and white nectarine accented with a neat minerality, lemon and limestone. The finish is clean and relatively long for this varietal. This may be the best Soave I have had in years including when I was in Italy three months ago. Perfect with the turkey-olive oia and garlic Linguine I had with it.
