November 12, 2021 - Decanted for an hour. A forgotten bottle in the corner of the cellar, I thought it would be done for. But no! It’s in great shape, lots of crunchy red berries, cherry, with nice lilac on the nose. High acidity, some tannins, very good with food. Still alive!

June 30, 2016 - Clean and simple. Light to medium body, dry, with a bit of leather and cherries. Maybe some light spices.

December 20, 2015 - Decanted for 30 mins. A very ripe and rich Chianti Classico, very fruity on the nose, black cherry with a bit of lilac. The palate is quite acidic, with red berries and some red cherry, even tomato paste, ie somewhat minerally. Quite nice, seems to be at its peak right now, don't think it'll get better than this.
