March 18, 2024 - One thing this wine tells me…I’m not scared of this vintage AT ALL! At least at Chez Rav! Gorgeous ripe orchard pitted fruits with a little tropical flare…some under ripe tartness at first, but air rounded it out nicely…super saline ocean air, crushed limestone, honey drizzled limes…wonderful Chablis florals, crisp and vibrant with energy…dry extract finish for days! Could drink this all day!

December 23, 2022 - Still in good shape, but has changed in the last years. More serious, less lovely. Balance and precision like to be expected. No hurry to drink up - did perform well during 2+ hours in the glas.

February 12, 2021 - Popped and poured. Beautiful nose of lemon, honey and a brothy and brined element. Rich with a lovely silky and mouth coating texture, but a surprisingly flat palate without much acidic zing nor lift. Lacks precision and cut. Medium finish.

September 25, 2020 - A bit strange, but the 2011 bottle we drank last night had a 2012 Diam cork in it. Anyone ever see have the same issue with this vintage and producer? Not rating it in case it was a fake.
