January 27, 2018 - Un autre Bourgogne blanc vieilli prématurément. Celui-ci était quand même buvable, mais nettement oxydé. Couleur très foncé avec des reflets ambrés. Nez de Xérès mais aussi de caramel au beurre et de pâtisserie avec une note de noix qui rappelle les baklavas.
La bouche est mieux que le nez. Il y a encore de l'acidité sous les notes tertiaires et un souvenir de fruits tropicaux mûrs persiste encore.
Sur un des plus grands terroirs du monde dans un excellent millésime, il est inacceptable qu'un vin soit en fin de vie après 4 ans de bouteille. Même si c'est un générique de négoce. C'est pour ça que j'achète de moins en moins de blancs de cette région. Surtout que les prix s'emballent en plus...Rien pour encourager le consommateur... -
