January 6, 2015 - For some of the mates I collected at the tasting events, this is nothing else than a TCA bottle.
Well-aired showed lovely aromas of sour butter, hay, Provençal herbs and clay. All in perfect harmony and quite elegant for what it is.
Creamy texture on the palate, bitter taste and pretty long.
Liked matching tagliatelle with prawns, Singaporean style.
Para alguno de los colegas que he ido haciendo en las jornadas de cata, esto no es si no una botella oxidada.
Bien aireada mostró ricos aromas a mantequilla amarga, heno, hierbas provenzales y pizarra. Todo en perfecta armonía y para lo que es, bastante elegante.
De textura cremosa en boca, sabor amargo y bien larga.
Me gustó acompañando unos tallarines con gambas al estilo de Singapur.
