January 11, 2023 - My last note in 2020 still reflects the wine. Little sign of aging in the deep colour, and a strong black fruits nose, full bodied palate, with tannins still giving structure to the blackberries and little oak notes. Not complex, but the rich texture, great fruit and structure make it a great cab. I think this still has a few years, but probably at peak now (A-). Glad I had a few bottles of this.

September 17, 2022 - Still could wait a couple of years to drink.

February 5, 2022 - Matured colour. Nose: plum, green. Full bodied, mint, dark fruits, plum, saline, a bit dry at finishing. Perfect drinking now.

February 4, 2020 - Still very deep in colour, with only slight bricking. There's a moderately powerful nose filled with blackfruits, tobacco and a hint of mint. Medium to full bodied on the velvety, concentrated palate, with good structure wrapped around more blackfruit, earth, black cherry and tobacco. There is very good purity and concentration of fruit as well as structure here. Drinking well still, and it could still go at least 10 years: it has continued to improve over the past four years. I really enjoyed this again: excellent QPR (A-)!
