February 2, 2012 - Decanted for 6 hours and drank over another 4 hours along side a Tignanello and Poggio All Oro. Nose waning. Wet blanket and tree bark aroma. Left me wanting something more. Weak on the palate and tempted to say this bottle was mishandled the 5 years before I got my hands on it. There wasn't much there. No lingering finish. Scoring would be lower if rep didn't tell me there are better bottles of this out there.

April 24, 2011 - Strange jelly-like nose, almost like snowskin mooncake aromas. Some bananas, and I almost thought it was beaujolais like, but yet the color was completely not. Thrown me off course, this wine. Heavy structure and tannins.
