October 20, 2023 - Still fresh but somewhat fresher better a few years ago. Secondary aromas. Slight heaviness on the nose. Still a great wine. Long and complex.

October 12, 2023 - 2011 Burgs (Noize): Very stony and crisp on the nose, and actually increasingly flinty as time went on, as well as a little hint of caramel maturity. A real concentrated mouthful, and exciting to drink, with notes of green fruit pastille, popcorn and lime jam, and just as bright and piquant on the finish. We were lucky this had the substance to deal with the dish on its own, given the fate of tonight's other white.

January 7, 2023 - Subtle and balanced nose. Lemony, concentrated and very long palate. In a perfect place right now.

May 6, 2022 - Who was Right, S#ckers? Wuhan Restrictions Ending in Great Britain; 5/5/2022-5/7/2022 (Londres - GB): This puligny treasures a real class even at this basic level and with new sediments.
Returned to stables. Second from a new bottle is perfect. Hawthorn flower soaked in salty butter, balanced acidity, long and definitively, absolutely savoury. Class in the glass. As always.
