November 3, 2023 - Popped and poured. Medium bodied, elegant, red fruited. Cherries, herbs, licorice, a little woodsmoke. Very good depth and increasing sophistication. Drink over the next 5-10 years. I always wondered how these wines aged. This showing tells me quite well.

December 14, 2022 - The wine felt off, not corked or something flawed but off almost like paying the price now at year 12 for a very exuberant youth. Like the wine had massive fruit , overdone fruit and now with freshness gone it felt sharp, oxidized and also a bit burnt. Or its just a badly kept bottle. Either way pointless to rate.

May 20, 2021 - The first Terroir Al Limit wine I've had that was showing well. I usually find Carignan a bit too funky but this was clean, floral, and had nice freshness. Decent length with fine but noticeable tannins. The heat was well hidden. Not so much Burgundian but maybe more in the direction of a high altitude Brunello. I didn't get the domaine before but I get it now. Well made. Drinking with a decant with a long life ahead.

June 5, 2013 - Bibendum Spanish Tasting: Cherry and spice with black fruits. Great length and balance on the palate. Super wine.
