April 23, 2023 - Drank last nite at Wm Farmer in Hudson. Aromas of honeysuckle on the nose. On the medium palate, some honey, some toasted almond, some citrus and a pleasant minerality. Fruit level, ripeness and acidity are each just right too. Enjoyable wine with no apparent defects.

March 19, 2021 - This is more advanced than the last bottle. Rich golden color with predominant honey notes; citrus and minerality evident but receding. This is fully mature, and then some. No upside from here. On the cusp of oxidation; beware of bottle variation. Remarkable contrast to recent 2011 deMontille Pulignys that remain fresh and vibrant.

December 17, 2020 - I opened this with some trepidation given recent CT notes of premox. Happily, this was just fine and quite pleasant. Ripe Bosc pear, honeysuckle, lemon curd, toasted almonds, nicely balanced acidity and minerality. This did not reveal any of the greenness associated with some wines of this vintage.

November 2, 2019 - Puligny-Montrachet les Pucelles - blind tasting 1998-2011: Orange color and completely premoxed. A shame.
