September 10, 2021 - Gorgeous. Prime time drinking!

February 8, 2021 - From 75cl. Bright acidic lemon, egyptian-mummy-bone-dry; ultra-low or no dosage. Sharp, unyielding, the first glass was delicious and refreshing, but the second is hard work. Glad this is my last bottle. 88P(?)

August 27, 2020 - From 75cl. I noted the positive things on 19.09.2019, but honestly: Had I tasted this blind this evening I'd have guessed an ambitious Crémant de Jura made of nearly 100% Savignan. It's very fizzy, hard-metallic and bitingly acidic (the only wines I tasted in the past year which were this tart were both super-dry, too-young Rieslings, one each from the Wachau and Mosel). The least enjoyable 2008/NV Aubry for me, and the only one I now regret purchasing. 86-87

September 19, 2019 - From 75cl, good layered cork. Bitingly acidic (lemon, hint of underripe yellow grapefruit) and very fizzy. As it calmed down and warmed up, this showed as excellent base wine with minimal dosage. I actually preferred it nearly flat. No hurry. 87P(?)
