  May 3, 2020 - Incredibly smooth and velvety with notes of apple, qhite peach and honey, semi dry with moderate acidity makes for a very refreshing and food friendly wine.

  September 28, 2012 - California versus France at Claudio's (Claudio's House, Chappaqua, NY): Easily the best prosecco I have had and possibly the only one I have truly enjoyed. Beautiful, balanced wine was dry but not austere with a rich, white fruit and crushed seashell flavor profile. Fine bead which flowed gently across the palette. The owner David Noto was present to share this with us.
