April 27, 2014 - Garnet with edges beginning to get rusty. Was surprised by the nose, very clear and almost strawberry, but darker, with some earth or a hint of tobacco. Smooth blackberry on the palate, good acidity and soft tannins. Overall very clear, honest and straightforward.
