  February 25, 2023 - Garnet hue. Cedar, deep dark fruit, earthy nose. Dark fruit, mellow, smooth, dark cherry, full bodied, can drink with or without food. Absolutely a delicious wine to drink by the fireplace. Agree with other comments-- doubt this is getting better. Drink up.

  January 17, 2022 - In fine shape. Medium garnet. Nose still has clear forest fruit edge, vanillas have pulled way back, classic WA wine. Not overly inky or smoky, balanced, acids still present. Lovely. Open for 60 min at least for maximum fragrances.

  March 14, 2020 - Medium dark garnet color, aromas of cedar, and sage brush, and dark fruit. Delicious flavors of black cherry, blackberry, cranberry and espresso. Full bodied and smooth. This wine is perfect now, not gonna get any better, and no reason to wait.
