August 8, 2012 - Deeper greenish yellow. Aged Muscat nose, resembles of a late harvested sweet Tokaj Muscat, with an added biscuity note. Quite sweet on the palate, balanced by rather the CO2 than it's acidity. Bubbles are square, not really fine. It has concentration and also a long finish, but a bit ordinary because of the sweetness.
