Community Tasting Notes 2

March 9, 2014 - This was really showing well. Very earthy, bordering on funky on the aromatics, but for me it was of a rustic quality, not off putting at all. Medium bodied, lots of structure, but nice fruit and more earth on the palate. This is a really nice Chianti, at a fair price. It is much better with food of course, with the savory characters really coming out.

February 22, 2014 - Restaurant pour. Mixes florals, bright acids, sweet soil, and spice on the palate. Viscosity is low to medium. Restrained purple fruit, with some vegetal undertones. Finishes with medium tannins and average length. An elegant but sturdy chianti Classico, recommended for casual consumption with food.
