Community Tasting Notes 3

April 15, 2023 - Not sure why I didn't create a note for this the first time around, as I frown upon those who do not comment on their ratings. Very true to its typicity. Lighter than the Meritaggio and a lovely quaff. Purchased at the winery, I believe it's now discontinued in Long's portfolio. To old times and vines!

November 8, 2019 - Found this a bit uninspired and disappointing. Not sure why, as I bought this at the winery because it was so tasty. The fruit was largely absent, replaced by some white pepper, tobacco box and oak. Still had a medium, tannic backbone and a medium finish. It was not a bad bottle, simply underwhelming.

December 30, 2015 - This was a great and rare 100% cabernet franc. We now only have 1 bottle left and wish we had more. Smooth drinking, well rounded, with a slight edge to give it interest. Overall an excellent bottle. Highly recommend.
