March 28, 2014 - Appearance: Clear, pale lemon.
Nose: clean, medium intensity apple, pear, & touch of floral.
Palate: Dry, medium acidity, light minerality, medium alcohol, medium bodied, moderate intensity apple, pear, mineral, and just a touch of honey.
    Nice. At peak, drink soon.
