October 5, 2017 - We were given two bottles as a gift. First one was corked, too bad. Dark garnet, just a hint of color change at the rim. Dark fruit dominated the nose, a bit of forest floor late. The palate was full, complex, with plenty of fruit, some spicy acidity. Long finish. Paired with roast pork, quite good.

February 16, 2013 - Delicous wine. Dark purple, and it hides its 15% alc very well. Tarry plum and fig, with pleasant herb notes. Great QPR. Only fault is that it's a little one dimensional right now.
