October 8, 2012 - Quite a dark red for Pinot, might be its age though. Very clear, and a bit earthy pinot nose, in the mouth this is quite a treat with a subtle strawberry fruit and spices, the texture a bit rustic and with a high acidity which accompanies food very well. With air this gets better and evens out, really good basic pinot from Alto Adige. Now till 2015.
