Noisettes, une touche beurrée, un zeste de citron, un soupçon de miel, bien équilibré, une acidité de bon aloi, il a bien accompagné le poisson en sauce. -

March 22, 2020 - Bij kaas. Fles direct uit kelder gedronken. Aanvankelijk vrij raar van smaak, leek geoxideerd. Dan langzaam openend, houtrijping kwam stilaan naar voor. Reeds tertiaire smaken aanwezig, maar toch nog zeer drinkbaar.
Nog 1 flesje te gaan. Best drinken -
