  April 4, 2020 - Last of 6 bottles. Last consumed 1.5 yrs ago. Cork was perfect.
  Lovely tawny color at the rim, showing 15 yrs of age.
  Immediately upon opening, showed dusty and musky dirt aromas, overlaying cassis and mushrooms. This musty aroma blew off over 30 mins, and the wine showed very pretty black fruits and lots of terroir/soil, medium in body, with refined tannins, good mid-palate depth, food-worthy acidity, and a long and cassis/fig finish. Matched nicely with grilled steaks this evening. Drink now.

  September 26, 2018 - 5th of 6 bottles purchased. Poured 1/2 of the bottle last night, and the other 1/2 being consumed tonite.
  On the 2nd night, this wine showed notes of red cherry, plum skin, menthol, anise, and spice.
  A nicely balanced wine, with good complexity and a medium-long finish.
  Drink now through 2020 or so.

  January 11, 2018 - Elegant, old world style. One of the best examples of how great argentinean wines have potential to get better with years.
