February 10, 2019 - Golden yellow. Delicate bouquet, lime /lemon and brioche. Maybe not as vibrant as the last bottle consumed in 2017, probably peaked. Lacks some depth/length

February 9, 2019 - A Burgundy Night: Blind. Some camphor, but not really in any premox way, muted; very mature fruit, moderate acid, decent length, big bodied, lacks complexity.

March 8, 2014 - Absolute fantastic wine!! Lime, butter, toast and a hint of nutmeg on the nose. Full bodied, fat, creamy and structured with medium+ acidity. Long. Server with lard wrapped virgin lobster grilled at high temperature.
