February 6, 2021 - Final bottle. I guess this wine has to be drunk. These were actually the reserve bottling, harvested on october 14th with 14% indicated abv. Good texture and aromatic complexity, not the typical heida/savagnin. Very low alcohol and heavily influenced by its aging in barrique.

December 8, 2019 - reminded me of the first time, prominent oak and rather low acidity this time. Still a nice wine but less impressive bottle. Don't cellar too long.

September 26, 2019 - Very funky this time. Drunk at 2500 a.s.l. The wine gained with air and had intense spicey and herbal characteristics. Most people loved it.
