April 17, 2020 - Nice blackberry in the nose and mouth. Hint of dark chocolate in the nose and mouth. Served with Cincinnati Chili great combination

January 2, 2017 - Moderately opaque purple with 2% Petit Sirah in the blend. Plum, figs, raisins, and vanilla on the nose. Dense, concentrated dark fruit on the palate with less prominent notes of cranberry and red currant. Tannins are soft but comes of as somewhat hot and overripe with 15.3% alcohol.

December 23, 2014 - Very flavorful (chocolate, blueberry, blackberry jam) with good density but a soft, dry mouthfeel. A pleasant surprise because I bought it on closeout and often those bargains are slight disappointments.
