May 25, 2015 - Foggy, straw color. Citrus and yeast notes on the nose, with a faint hit of witch hazel. Initial flavor of lemon peel is followed by grapefruit, kumquat, yeast, and grape stem, with crushed rock and honey on a medium finish. Very small bubbles support a quite bright mouthfeel.

December 5, 2014 - Straw color. Pink grapefruit, yeast and mandarin orange aromas on the nose. Tiny, even bubbles. Luscious and lively mouthfeel with flavors of honey, citrus, yeast and white peach on the attack and mid palate, with lemon notes on a lingering finish. Delightful!
