December 23, 2018 - This is still in need of time, it feels like it's another 5-8 years away from being in the prime drinking window. Ruby in the glass with no evidence of bricking, this is still primary, but easily enjoyable with a good 30 -60 minutes in the decanter. The acidity and tannin are out-pacing the fruit at this moment in the wine's life. With a good hour in the decanter the fruit starts to swagger a bit. Excellent!!!

August 17, 2014 - this is a wine that will reward time in the cellar. Light-medium body, med+ acidity, med fruit, med tannin, and moderate complexity on the finish. Check back in 2020
