  September 29, 2023 - Still has life and vigor. Can probably hold for another 3-5 years but really no need. Great texture and mouthfeel.

  October 29, 2017 - I think this wine has hit it's peak. The blend has all harmonized and smooth on the palate. Don't wait much longer. JL Groux has said that his whites should be enjoyed in 8 years max and I think he's right. Enjoyed it with oysters.

  July 10, 2017 - Weekly tasting group RWP #261: Leftovers (@ DJ): Ripe yellow fruits like pineapples and white fruits like pear and litchi in the bouquet. Some minerals as well. Same on the palate, some maturity and a bit special in a positive way. Good acidity, bitterness and length.

  August 31, 2014 - Really like this wine. It has a lot going on from all of the blends that are put together. This is really an out of the box kind of wine but very different than just about everything we have ever had. The Semillon is up front first followed closely by Gewurztraminer with Sauvignon Blanc tones throughout with a Chardonnay finish. Very interesting and worth a try if you are looking for something a little different.
