March 2, 2014 - We got lemon throughout. Thought it may have been too cold at the start, but finished the same. Did not get any of the creamy or butter notes. Went well with the game hens, but not so much on its own.

May 23, 2013 - Very soft lemon on the front end followed by a mild oak flavor. Some creaminess. Nice long finish. Low acid. No minerality.
